Terms of service
This local platform demonstrates domain registration workflows for Technovators. No domain is sold and no real payment is processed.
Scope and responsible party
Before launch, insert the verified legal entity, company registration, responsible party, Information Officer, service address and support contacts. Review POPIA obligations and the applicable registry agreements.
Registrant authorisation and lifecycle
Record informed registrant consent for registration, renewal, transfer and contact changes. Explain expiration, redemption, registry policies, disputes, abuse reporting and support timelines before live operation.
Data and retention
Review the lawful basis for contact processing and upstream disclosures, access controls, retention periods, cross-border processing, data subject rights, breach response and backup retention. Requests for deletion require a legal and financial retention review.
Payments and refunds
Live pricing, VAT registration, invoice fields, settlement, failed provisioning, reconciliation and refunds require finance and legal approval. A successful payment does not guarantee a successful registry operation.
Owner and legal reviewer sign-off is required before any production publication or domain sale.
